Hatila's Passos college career, has known very
significant moments. The young brazilian center had a
significant impact on the teams he has played for, both
at the Junior College Level (At Dixie and Arkansas Forth
Hays) and the collegiate div. 1 level (New Mexico State,
two seasons). Since season 2005-2006 Passos took his
teams to the Finals, winning 3 out of 4. At Arkansas
Fort Smith, not only Passos helped the team winning the
conference and National Championship but also earned
Regional and National Tournament MVP honors. As an
Aggie, at New Mexico State Passos reached twice the WAC
conference final Championship game and won the WAC title
once as a Junior.
