HATILA
PASSOS 15 POINT, 15 REBOUND GAME VS. BOISE STATE IN THE WAC
FINAL SIGNS THE END TO A STRONG COLLEGE CAREER. HE NOW
WILL GO PRO !
Hatila's Passos strong performance vs. Idaho
State in the WAC Championship game was not enough for
New Mexico State to advance to the NCAA
Tournament. The Aggies lost to Boise State after three
OTs despite the 15 points and 15 rebound performance of
the Brazilian center. Hatila has ended the season
averaging 10,7 points, 7,3 rebounds and a very strong 641
FG% mark, WAC's best. NJCAA National Champion and
Tournament MVP, WAC Champion as a Jr. and Vice-Leader in FG%
as a Sr., are the strong credentials Passos brings to his
next Pro Career start.
